About Us


As father and daughter real estate professionals, we offer many years of real estate and business experience. We stay on top of the current real estate trends, both locally and nationally. We are very familiar with Northwest  and Greater Houston. We have been area residents and family business owners for over 25 years. In 1985, we relocated to Houston, TX and opened the original Oscar's Creamery Homemade Ice Cream store (Champions area) on FM 1960 West. After selling the business and retiring years ago, we then decided to enter the real estate industry together. We have been fortunate to grow a successful family business that we truly enjoy. We work with both buyers and sellers, many of whom are referral and repeat business, all over the city and surrounding areas of Houston. Our specialized area includes Spring, Klein, Champions, Lakewood, Cy Fair, Tomball, Cypress, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Lake Conroe and Humble, selling new and resale homes, foreclosures, HUD, and land. We are licensed Texas residential & commercial agents, and Kate also has attained designations as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, New Home Specialist and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.
